Arrived at 1:45 pm for a Movie that was showing at 2:15 pm, When to purchase drinks, popcorn and Hotdogs was told tha the hotdogs would not be ready for 20 minutes come back. They don't deliver to theater so you have to come back.

Came back at 2:40 again, sorry Hotdogs are not ready, maybe another 20 minutes. Came bank 20 minutes later, sorry please try again in 40 minutes. They cook on 10 hotdogs and wait until they are all sold before starting again. You have 14 theater rooms and only 10 hotdogs.

Spoke to the manager, again sorry we can't sell raw food. Now how long does it take to cook a hot dog, remember they have been cooking since 1:45 as least and it already 3:00 pm. Worst service ever.

Will never, never return to Cine mark. I would rather pay more for better service.

Cinemark 17 used to be a great place to be, work at etc.

Now higher ups are only letting people work 1 shift a week leading to less staff which causes long wait times because there are only 1-2 people on staff at a time. No one can make a living with one 5 hour shift a week.

They're breaks are forgotten about, bathroom breaks are limited, and they get disciplined without warning.

The coworkers are great and have a good time with each other, but the staff are the ones ending up having to train new people because the managers do 1 hour of training and that's it. If you are a worker you also barely get chances to learn new things, get into leadership roles and will never get a raise.

I was kicked out because I laid on a group of people I paid to see a movie. A patron complained, I believe because I didn't know my seat #.

After finding my seat I was asked by security to have a conversation. I spoke to them and returned to my seat. They came back and asked me to leave. I can understand that.

Then they asked about the children I came with. The children are in temporary custody of the state and I spent my own money to take them Bowling, golfing and we tried to finish the night with a movie. The security guard specifically said everyone is going to suffer because of your attitude and that she was going to find the people who were with me and kick them out too go.

She kicked out people who have no blood relationship to me or a financial tie to me because I paid my sister through cash app. They literally kicked out a bunch of kids I laid on for being laid on because someone was upset about me laying on someone else.
